A wonderful support program for veterans and first responders is hosting a special day for Veterans Day Weekend and BCI is invited! This FREE* event is sponsored by Life Aid. This is a great opportunity to socialize with a great mix of people you might otherwise never meet, and have a fun day.

Kayak / SUP rental is being donated by the Newport Aquatic Center
8:30 Meet at Cove Hotel in Long Beach
9:00 Ride 20+ miles to Newport Beach
11:15 Free Lunch at the 291 American Legion Post
Ride back to Long Beach, or put in a detour to upper Newport Bay:
1:30 Kayak for Free at the Newport Aquatics Center (NAC) for an hour
2:30 Hose off, change & ride back to Long Beach
(a sag vehicle will bring your change of clothes to the NAC for you)
