Ride as a guest. if you like us, we know you’ll join us!
Guests should register once, with our TidyHQ system, using your email address and by choosing a personal password. Then you can easily sign-in for any future ride as a guest (or join). Guests (and lapsed members) must always sign-in for a ride. Our club’s supplemental insurance does NOT COVER guests or expired members. Our liability waiver is required each time you plan to ride with BCI. Expired members must sign in as Guests until renewed.
REGISTER ONLINE:
REGISTER ONCE online to set up your account. Use your email and choose a personal password.
Search for an upcoming ride and SIGN IN online to get your ‘ticket(s) to ride’. See TidyHQ Sign-Up.
Read and accept the GUEST WAIVER.
Once registered, you may sign up for as many future rides as you wish.
Complete and print your “Ticket to Ride”
Hand your printed ticket (or show your phone) to the Ride Starter at the beginning of the ride.
ALTERNATE PRINT METHOD:
If you prefer not to register online, just print, complete, and sign the GUEST WAIVER. Do this for every ride with BCI.
Hand the waiver to the Starter at each ride start.
If you forget, these forms are also available at ride starts. Talk to the Starter.
MINORS:
MAIL-IN ONLY - NOT AVAILABLE On-line
Minors are welcome to ride with BCI, but we must have a parental/guardian waiver signature on file prior to the ride. As most of our rides are on roads with traffic, guests must be over the age of 18. We trust that minors will follow the rules of the road. Minors may only ride under the direct supervision of a parent or adult guardian. If under 18, please print & complete THIS WAIVER signed by the parent / adult guardian prior to the ride and present it to the Ride Starter.
