Guest Speaker / Program: The Importance of Bicycle Fit
Kristen Lawrence of Pure Ride Cycles in Lake Forest will present the basics and finer points of fitting a bicycle to a rider. Frame size, seat height, seat angle, reach, stem length, knee position over pedals, cleat adjustment, bar angle and height, even the angle of brake hoods can make a ride more comfortable, more efficient and avoid injury. Kristen is a legendary bike fitter and will take us from the basics to finer points of fitting, sharing her countless fits from selling bicycles to new riders to the individualized professional fitting she offers.
There will be a raffle and refreshments - please come on down!
