The Board of Directors meets on the 4th Thursday every month to handle the business of the club.
Members are welcome to attend; and if you have any business or suggestions, please please let our President - or all Directors @ bod@bikeirvine.org know so it can be placed on the agenda!
The Board has appointed Suzanne McCord to Director of Hospitality, so now the team is complete. Quorum of 9 of 11 Directors were present.
Absent: Director @ Large Profetta and Ride Coordinator Moyer.
