Oct 25, 2021: Some sections of NB shoulder are still blocked; Expect K-Rails on the shoulder at about Mile 24.1 to 24.9 - or take the detour and Turn right @ Mile 22.7 onto El Toro Rd, turn left onto Moulton, Left onto Lake Forest & right onto Laguna Canyon @ Mile 26.8.
