Our 2021 “Day-After-Thanksgiving” ride fell on a Metrolink Holiday so we had to drive to Riverside & back… This is the original plan - to take the train up to Riverside & back from Anaheim or Corona:
Face Covers when Physical Distance is not possible & Diligent Hygiene are still good habits
Statewide mandate to wear face covers indoors has been extended through February 15
*MANDATORY FACE COVERS WHILE BOARDING AND WHILE ON TRAINS*
TRAIN to Riverside.
Everyone get on board the IEOC 800 bound for Riverside from a station nearest you !
We will gather and start at 10am from the Riverside Downtown Station, over to the famous Mission Inn, view the mysterious old Inn a bit then roll over to Tio’s Tacos for breakfast.
Ride to Corona.
From there we will head down the Santa Ana River Bikeway to Norco, meander through the ‘equestrian neighborhood’ & on to Corona, where you can call it a day & board the 815 or 817 train outbound…
Ride to Anaheim.
…or continue across Corona to pick up the Santa Ana River bikeway at the county line & roll on down to Anaheim where…
Train back to where you started.
…we can take the trains on south toward San Clemente.
