Jim Barros; President of the California association of Bicycle Organizations will lead a discussion on cycling advocacy in California, from Stop as Yield to ‘Complete Streets’ legislation being worked on in Sacramento. He also serves on the Board of the League of American Bicyclists and has been involved in making cycling better for us all, for decades.
