Orange County non-profit Working Wardrobes is hosting a virtual bike event.  The event called 30Strong to commemorate their 30th year in business, starts on Friday 19 March and runs through 28 March 2021.  There is no entry fee, but Working Wardrobes asks all participants to raise at least $250 in donations.  Participants can make a donation or solicit sponsors who will donate by miles (or minutes) ridden.  Jerseys are being provided by Voler.  100% of the jersey proceeds will go to their Rebuilding Careers program.  Trail’s End is offering an event  jersey to the TECC team member that accumulates the most mileage during the event.

Many of you have donated bicycles through Trail’s End Cycling to Working Wardrobes.  Last year, they lost their Irvine headquarters to a devastating fire and then, like many businesses, had to deal with the effects of COVID.  Due to COVID, they had to postpone their annual Gala, a major fundraiser for this non-profit.  To continue serving Orange County, they need our help.  For more information about WW, go to their website: www.workingwardrobes.org
